NHS South, Central and West Selects TOPdesk Solution

Bramble Hub, along with our partner TOPdesk, has won a contract with NHS South, Central & West (NHS SCW) Commissioning Unit for the provision of helpdesk software. The deal will provide staff access to TOPdesk’s SaaS platform.

TOPdesk has provided managed helpdesk solutions to thousands of organisations globally. Together, Bramble Hub and TOPdesk have delivered solutions to numerous UK public sector organisations.

NHS SCW provides support to Integrated Care Boards, health and care providers such as NHS Trusts and Local Authorities, and NHS England in the form of consultancy advice, transformation delivery, service support and the sharing of best practices.

The contract was awarded under the G-Cloud 13 Lots 1-3 framework from Crown Commercial Service.

Mersey and West Lancashire NHS Trust Selects Helpdesk Solution from TOPdesk

Bramble Hub, and our partner TOPdesk, have been awarded a contract by the Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust to provide a helpdesk solution.

TOPdesk will deliver its award-winning, cloud-based helpdesk software along with consultancy and support. The contract will run for an initial 36 months, with scope to extend for a further 12.

Mersey and West Lancashire NHS Trust employs around 9,000 staff and serves a population of over 600,000 people in north-west England.

The contract was awarded under the G-Cloud 13 (Lots 1-3) framework from Crown Commercial Service, and represents the continuation of a successful relationship between Bramble Hub and TOPdesk spanning almost a decade.

British Library Chooses Helpdesk Solution from TOPdesk

Bramble Hub, and our partner TOPdesk, have been awarded a contract to provide a helpdesk system to the British Library.

TOPdesk provides scalable solutions for helpdesks and service centres. Bramble Hub and TOPdesk have jointly delivered solutions to several areas of the public sector, including local authorities, regulators and the NHS.

The British Library is the UK’s national library, and is one of the largest libraries in the world, containing between 170 and 200 million items from many countries.

The contract was awarded under the G-Cloud 13 Lots 1-3 framework from Crown Commercial Service.

TOPdesk Provides Solution for Science and Technology Facilities Council

The Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) has chosen Bramble Hub, and our partner TOPdesk, to provide an IT service desk solution. The Council has purchased 150 TOPdesk licenses over three years, with an option to add another 50 if required. TOPdesk will also provide consultancy to help implement the solution.

STFC has the mission to deliver world-leading research and innovation capabilities in astronomy, physics, computational science and space science.

TOPdesk provides service management software for IT, Facilities Management, and eHRM help desks, and has over 4,000 customers worldwide.

The deal was transacted via the G-Cloud (Lots 1-3) framework from Crown Commercial Service.

London Borough of Wandsworth has purchased a call logging and incident management system from Bramble Hub and our partner TOPdesk

London Borough of Wandsworth has purchased a call logging and incident management system from Bramble Hub and our partner TOPdesk.

The supplied system, which will be used by the Council’s Joint Control Centre, will provide call logging functionality, as well as comprehensive incident and problem management features, and will be delivered as a cloud-based solution.

The system will also provide comprehensive management dashboards with reporting capabilities, and be accessible via web browsers and mobile devices.

This is the latest in a series of recent public sector successes for Bramble Hub and service-desk specialist TOPdesk.

Wandsworth is one of London’s 32 boroughs, and the Council serves a population of over 300,000 people.

The award was made under the G-Cloud 12 framework.

Wandsworth Council select Bramble Hub and TOPdesk for Joint Control Centre Proof of Concept Consultancy

Background

London Borough of Wandsworth (LBW) in southwest London provides services to 330k residents and 14k local businesses.

The Requirement

WBC needed a supplier with the expertise to carry out a Proof of Concept for their new, state-of-the-art, Joint Control Centre, planned to help improve safety across Wandsworth and Richmond. The Council used Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud catalogue to select the supplier and issue a direct award for the work.

Background

The University of Dundee (UD) is a public research university based in the city and Royal burgh of Dundee on the east coast of the central Lowlands of Scotland.

The Requirement

The University of Dundee’s IT Department needed a software solution to enable them to manage their IT services more efficiently. A suitable cloud-based solution was identified on the Government’s Digital Marketplace (RM1557) G-Cloud software applications catalogue. 

Our Success

The University of Dundee selected TOPdesk SaaS Enterprise, the ‘out-of-the-box’, Cloud-based service management solution from Bramble Hub and its partner TOPdesk UK.
