Bramble Hub Partners Celebrated in FT’s 2024 Management Consulting Ranking

At the end of February, the Financial Times published its annual list of the UK’s leading management consultants. The list, which includes seven Bramble Hub partners, is now in its seventh year, and is based on recommendations by clients and peers of consultancy companies, and is compiled by the Financial Times and Statista.

The following partners appear on this year’s list. The Bramble Hub team congratulates all of them for their outstanding performance in their respective sectors and specialisations.

Project One excelled in eight industry sectors, and in the specialisms of Data Transformation and Organization & Change.

Grant Thornton excelled in six industry sectors, and the specialisms of Data Analytics & Big Data, Digital Transformation, Finance, Risk & Compliance and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Moorhouse excelled in five sectors, and in the specialisms of Organisation & Change and Strategy.

Credera excelled in eight industry sectors.

Peopletoo excelled in two industry sectors.

Seagry Consultancy excelled in its focus sector of Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Socitm Advisory excelled in the Public & Social Sector.

Bramble Hub operates as a thin-prime supplier on almost 20 public sector procurement frameworks, including the Management Consultancy Framework Three from Crown Commercial Service.

The Royal Parks take on Transformation Challenge with Help from Project One

The Royal Parks (TRP) has appointed Bramble Hub and our partner Project One to provide consultants in order to help TRP carry out a consultancy exercise.

TRP is in the process of creating a Strategy and Portfolio Office, and have chosen to work with Project One’s programme management specialists in carrying out this business transformation. The project is expected to run for a period of up to 12 months.

TRP is a charity that manages London’s eight Royal Parks, some of the world’s best-known green spaces, including Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, St James’s Park and Greenwich Park. In addition, TRP is responsible for two other spaces: Victoria Tower Gardens and Brompton Cemetery.

Project One specializes in complex transformation and change, and was recently named as the UK’s top boutique consultancy for project and programme management. For more information, see their partner page.

The contract was awarded via the Management Consultancy Framework Three from Crown Commercial Service.

Project One Named as UK’s Top Boutique Consultancy for Project and Programme Management

Project One, a Bramble Hub consulting partner, has been awarded a prestigious accolade by Consultancy.uk, which ranks it as the #2 UK provider of Project and Programme Management services in a class of 1,200 consultancies.

Project One is the highest-ranked boutique provider of Project and Programme Management services in the UK and is one of only five UK consultancies given a “Diamond” rating in this category.

Consultancy.uk states that their process for awarding a place on their list is based on: “… the views of executives and consultants active in Project Management, as well as on assessments of capabilities, company reputation, track record in Project Management, analyst benchmarks, industry recognitions, thought leadership and more…”

Project One has been a Bramble Hub partner for over three years, and together we have successfully delivered a number of time-critical projects and programmes across government.

This is a stunning achievement for a consultancy which celebrates its 25th Anniversary in 2023, and we at Bramble Hub extend our congratulations to all at Project One.

UK Export Finance draw on Process Redesign and Strategic Transformation expertise from Bramble Hub and Project One

Background

UK Export Finance (UKEF) is the UK Export Credit Agency, whose aim is to ensure that no viable exports fail due to lack of finance or credit insurance.

The Requirement

UKEF is going through a period of growth in terms of business supported and expansion of its work force and needed to redesign its core end-to-end processes. The Agency decided to bring an external expert in Process Redesign and strategic transformation to support the initial discovery stage. It used Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework Two, RM600 to appoint the consultant.
