Bramble Hub Partners Celebrated in FT’s 2024 Management Consulting Ranking

At the end of February, the Financial Times published its annual list of the UK’s leading management consultants. The list, which includes seven Bramble Hub partners, is now in its seventh year, and is based on recommendations by clients and peers of consultancy companies, and is compiled by the Financial Times and Statista.

The following partners appear on this year’s list. The Bramble Hub team congratulates all of them for their outstanding performance in their respective sectors and specialisations.

Project One excelled in eight industry sectors, and in the specialisms of Data Transformation and Organization & Change.

Grant Thornton excelled in six industry sectors, and the specialisms of Data Analytics & Big Data, Digital Transformation, Finance, Risk & Compliance and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Moorhouse excelled in five sectors, and in the specialisms of Organisation & Change and Strategy.

Credera excelled in eight industry sectors.

Peopletoo excelled in two industry sectors.

Seagry Consultancy excelled in its focus sector of Healthcare and Life Sciences.

Socitm Advisory excelled in the Public & Social Sector.

Bramble Hub operates as a thin-prime supplier on almost 20 public sector procurement frameworks, including the Management Consultancy Framework Three from Crown Commercial Service.

Grant Thornton are Helping the Post Office Plan for the Future

Bramble Hub, and our partner Grant Thornton, have been appointed by the Department of Business and Trade to explore future business strategies for the Post Office.

The Post Office maintains a national network of branches, and ensures the delivery of key products and services (such as postage stamps and banking) to consumers. In exchange for this, it receives a government subsidy.

During the project, Grant Thornton will provide a set of reports that explore various options for the future operation of the Post Office under a number of different scenarios, with varying levels of subsidy and under different market conditions.

The Department for Business and Trade is the UK’s department for economic growth, supporting business to invest, grow and export.

Grant Thornton Providing Economics Expertise to Support Government’s Net Zero Strategy

Bramble Hub and our partner Grant Thornton have been contracted by the Department for Energy and Net Zero in order to work with the Department in the delivery of a Net Zero and Nature Workforce Action Plan that the Government has committed to delivering in 2024.

Grant Thornton will be providing economics expertise to the project.

The Department for Energy and Net Zero was created in 2023 to take over the energy policy responsibilities of the former Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy.

Grant Thornton to Deliver Consultancy to Dumfries and Galloway

Bramble Hub and our partner Grant Thornton have been awarded a contract by Dumfries and Galloway Council for the provision of consultancy services. The exercise forms part of a programme by the South of Scotland Business Infrastructure Programme (SOSBIP) to examine and remedy a shortage of high-quality business premises in the region.

Grant Thornton is tasked with delivering three business cases for intervention in the property market, in order to “… address market failure in the supply side [of commercial property] that is undermining growth in the economy of the South of Scotland”.

Dumfries and Galloway Council is a unitary local authority covering a population of around 150,000 people in SW Scotland.

The project was awarded via Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3) from Crown Commercial Service.
