G-Cloud 15 is GCA’s latest cloud procurement framework, replacing G-Cloud 14 and covering cloud hosting, software, and support services for public-sector buyers. It is designed to make purchasing faster and more flexible, with stronger compliance checks, and greater emphasis on quality, social value, and updated evaluation criteria for suppliers. It is an open framework, meaning that  GCA intends to reopen it at intervals, allowing new suppliers to join and existing suppliers to update their offerings.

Key changes include a revised lot structure, the integration of cloud compute services into the main framework, and call-off contracts that can be awarded with or without competition.
