Bramble Hub can now offer products and services on NHS LPP Digital Documents Solutions catalogue

We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by NHS London Procurement Partnership to be able to offer services on the Digital Documents Solutions framework, DN19567 that went live yesterday.

Bramble Hub can supply digital document solutions on this catalogue-based framework, under the following heading:

The intended duration period of CDS is for four years.

Bramble Hub appointed by CCS to offer services on Management Consultancy Framework Three RM6187

We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Crown Commercial Service to offer services on the Management Consultancy 3 framework RM6187, that went live on 24th August 2021.

This framework provides management consultancy advice for by UK public sector bodies and future successor organisations, which includes Central Government Departments and their arm’s length bodies and agencies, the wider public sector and third sector including, but not limited to, local government, health, education, police, fire and rescue, housing associations and charities.

Bramble Hub and its partners are able to offer the following services:

Lot 1 Business

Lot 2 Strategy and Policy

Lot 3 Complex and Transformation

Lot 5 HR

Lot 6 Procurement and Supply Chain

Lot 9 Environmental Sustainability and Socio-Economic Development

The framework is planned to be in place for 4 years and replaces Management Consultancy Framework (RM3745) and Management Consultancy Framework Two (RM6008).

Bramble Hub to offer services on the Audit & Assurance Services framework, RM6188

We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Crown Commercial Service to be able to offer services on the Audit & Assurance Services framework, RM6188, that went live on 10/08/2021.

This framework replaces Lot 3 Audit of Management Consultancy Framework, RM3745.

It is available to Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations.

Bramble Hub and its partners are able to offer the following services:

Lot 2:  External Audit

Lot 3:  Counter Fraud (proactive) and Investigation (reactive)

Lot 4:  Other Independent Assurance

The framework will be established for 4 years.

Medway NHS Foundation Trust selects Clinical Audit software from Bramble Hub and Formic

Background

Medway NHS Foundation Trust (MNHSFT) is a single-site hospital, Medway Maritime Hospital, based in Gillingham and serving a population of more than 424,000 across Medway and Swale.

The Requirement

MNHSFT were looking for a software solution to create Clinical Audits and analyze and disseminate the data to all that require it. The Trust used NHS London Procurement Partnership’s IT Management & Technology Framework, DN412674 to issue an ITT for a Managed Service solution.

Our Success

Bramble Hub and Formic offered their Fusion for Clinical Audit fully
managed solution and won the contract.

Bramble Hub appointed by CCS to offer services on the Technology Services 3 framework RM6100

We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Crown Commercial Service to offer services on the Technology Services 3 framework RM6100, that went live on 16th June 2021.

This framework provides a route for public sector buyers to purchase ICT services, from strategy and service design through transition to operational deployment. This includes major service transformation programmes.

Bramble Hub and its partners are able to offer the following services:

UK Export Finance draw on Process Redesign and Strategic Transformation expertise from Bramble Hub and Project One

Background

UK Export Finance (UKEF) is the UK Export Credit Agency, whose aim is to ensure that no viable exports fail due to lack of finance or credit insurance.

The Requirement

UKEF is going through a period of growth in terms of business supported and expansion of its work force and needed to redesign its core end-to-end processes. The Agency decided to bring an external expert in Process Redesign and strategic transformation to support the initial discovery stage. It used Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework Two, RM600 to appoint the consultant.

Our Success

Bramble Hub and Project One Consulting were contracted to deliver this assignment.

We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed by Crown Commercial Service to be able to offer services on the Software Design and Implementation Services RM6193 framework, that went live on 16th March 2021.

This framework provides a route to market to purchase support from ‘specialist’ suppliers required when deploying a new cloud-based ERP system or upgrading a legacy IT system.

It is available to Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including Local Authorities, Health, Police, Fire and Rescue, Education and Devolved Administrations.

Scottish Borders Council Signs Deal for Cemetery and Crematorium Management System

Background

Scottish Borders Council (SBC), headquartered in Melrose, is responsible for managing 154 cemeteries and churchyards.

The Requirement

SBC required a hosted and supported burial and cremation administration system. The Council used Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud 12
framework, RM1577 to select a suitable solution.

Our Success

Bramble Hub and our partner Clear Skies software were awarded the
contract for the hosting and support of Clear Skies’ Burial and Cremation Administration System (BACAS).

More about Clear Skies Software and BACAS

The Burial and Cremation Administration System is a comprehensive suite of software tools, designed by experts in the provision of burial and cremation services. In addition to the full-fledged BACAS NG software, Clear Skies also provide BACAS Lite, a lightweight and low-cost version of the system, and BACAS Web, allowing access to services via a browser or by voice. The web service allows for the general public to access registers
and can be linked to existing payment systems.

Bramble Hub success – Digital Outcomes 5

We are pleased to announce that we have once more been successful in winning a place on the Digital Outcomes and Specialists framework 5 (RM1043.7).

The framework went live on 20/01/2021 and will run for a year.

The two Lots are:

  • Digital outcomes – Buyers can use this to find a team to work on a digital outcome, such as a booking system or an accessibility audit.
  • Digital specialists – Buyers can use this to find a specialist, such as a developer or a user researcher, for a specific piece of work.

The opportunities are published daily on the Digital Marketplace portal.
