Background

Wyre Forest District Council (WFDC) is responsible for services to
residents in the North of Worcestershire, including the towns of
Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn and Bewdley.

The Requirement

WFDC needed to renew its contract for its income management and cash
receipting system and used the Government’s G-Cloud framework online
software catalogue to do that.

Our Success

WFDC used G-Cloud to award the contract to Bramble Hub and Adelante.

Department for Communities in Northern Ireland Acquires System for managing historic assets collection from Bramble Hub and System Simulation

Background

The Historic Environment Division is a section of the Department for Communities in Northern Ireland (DfCNI)and has statutory responsibility for the protection of the historic environment in the region. Its remit includes the oversight of more than 8,800 listed buildings, and it manages over 190 monuments.

The Requirement

The Historic Environment Division required a collections management system along with associated data migration, training, consultancy and support services. DfCNI used Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud Framework, RM1557 to select a suitable system.

Our Success

The contract was awarded to Bramble Hub and System Simulation for their CollectionsIndex+ software, a modular content management system that handles objects, archives, books, images, video, digital assets, and web and gallery content.

Glasgow City Council is a Unitary Authority responsible for provision of services to the 635k Glasgow residents and 50k businesses in the city. It operates a commercial construction company, City Building (Glasgow) LLP (CBG).

The Requirement

A fast-growing business, CBG needed to review its ICT strategy for the next 5 years and turned to Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud to select and contract the specialist resources it needed.

Our Success

Bramble Hub and Hanya Partners were selected and work has started to refresh CBG’s ICT strategy and develop its IT Operating Model.

Isle of Wight Council selects Bramble Hub and Absoft to support its finance and HR system

Background

The Isle of Wight Council (IoWC) is a unitary authority covering the county of Isle of Wight in the English Channel.

The Requirement

IoWC uses an SAP system for its finance and HR processes. The Council needed to engage a partner to provide an SAP Application Support Service and used the Crown Commercial Service framework RM6100 Technology Services 3 to issue a tender for the contract.

Department for Environment Food And Rural Affairs (Defra) is the UK government department responsible for environmental protection, food production and standards, agriculture, fisheries and rural communities

The Requirement

Defra needed specialist consultants to help them build capability to support their Science Capability in Animal Health, Weybridge Critical Works & Operations and their Group Property programmes. Defra used the IT Management & Technology framework, DN412674 from NHS London Procurement Partnership to appoint the specialist team.

Wandsworth Council select Bramble Hub and TOPdesk for Joint Control Centre Proof of Concept Consultancy

Background

London Borough of Wandsworth (LBW) in southwest London provides services to 330k residents and 14k local businesses.

The Requirement

WBC needed a supplier with the expertise to carry out a Proof of Concept for their new, state-of-the-art, Joint Control Centre, planned to help improve safety across Wandsworth and Richmond. The Council used Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud catalogue to select the supplier and issue a direct award for the work.

Bramble Hub and 4c Strategies appointed to support fibre roll out programme in West London

Background

The West London Alliance (WLA) Fibre West project is a c£8m grant funded programme to roll out new fibre connections to public buildings in 7 West London boroughs of Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Hillingdon, Barnet, Hounslow, Harrow and Brent.

The Requirement

WLA needed commercial support to guide the procurement process for the first phase of the project, bringing on board a Gigabit DPS supplier by December 2021. WLA issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework Three, RM6187.

Our Success

Bramble Hub and 4c Strategies Limited won the contract on the basis of their experience assisting public sector bodies on major infrastructure projects, including projects similar to the one proposed by WLA.

Central Bedfordshire Council renew their Bus Lane enforcement management system with Bramble Hub and Imperial Civil Enforcement Solutions

Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) is the local authority for the unitary authority area in the county of Bedfordshire.

The Requirement

CBC were using 3sixty software from Imperial Civil Enforcement Solutions to manage their bus lane enforcement and wished to renew the contract. The council were able to use Crown Commercial Service’s RM3821 Data & Application Solutions Framework online catalogue to place the order.

Our Success

CBC placed the order with Bramble Hub and Imperial Civil Enforcement Solutions for a 4-year support and maintenance contract.

Mid Sussex Council upgrades to fully managed SmartPay income management software from Bramble Hub and Adelante Software

Mid Sussex District Council (MSDC) is a local district council within the County of West Sussex and includes the towns of East Grinstead, Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill.

The Requirement:

MSDC required an integrated, fully hosted payments solution to replace the systems in use across the authority. The Council issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821.

Our Success:

Bramble Hub and Adelante were able to offer their fully managed SmartPay solution and won the contract.

Swale Borough Council renew their SmartPay income management solution from Bramble Hub and Adelante Software

Swale Borough is a local district in Kent. Swale Borough Council (SBC) is based in Sittingbourne.

The Requirement:

SBC’s contract for their SmartPay income management and cash receipting solution had reached the end of its term. The Council used the catalogue under Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821 to specify, select and order the appropriate support package.

Our Success:

Bramble Hub and Adelante were able to offer the fully managed support contract that SBC needed and secured the contract.
