Bramble Hub, in partnership with OASIS Group, has been awarded a contract by the Government Legal Department (GLD) to create a system for managing large volumes of invoices.
OASIS, who are specialists in Information Management, are to supply a system that meets GLD’s requirements. These include:

Scanning / electronic capture of invoices

Online invoice authorization workflow

Electronic transfer of approved invoices to GLD’s accounting system

Secure online storage of invoices, and secure destruction of originals
GLD handles tens of thousands of invoices each month.
GLD is the largest provider of legal services across government with more than 2,900 employees, of which 2,200 are solicitors and barristers. The Department works with over 180 government departments and agencies.
The project was awarded via the (recently-expired) Data and Application Solutions framework from Crown Commercial Service.
