Bramble Hub is a thin-prime supplier on Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) RM6309

This framework, established under Public Contracts Regulations 2015, gives UK public sector organisations access to cost-effective management consultancy from a range of suppliers.

MCF4 replaces Management Consultancy Framework Three (MCF3) RM6187. The framework, which will last for 2 years, offers a broad range of cost-effective consulting services to buyers in central government and other parts of the public sector.

MCF4 enables competitive tender and direct award procurement, and supports various pricing models such as fixed-price and time & materials.

MCF4 lots

We are able to supply consultancy services on MCF4 via the following Lots:

Lot 2- Strategy and policy:

Consultancy and professional services relating to corporate strategies or government policy and covers services, including business case development, process re-engineering, change management, digital, technology & cyber, policy & regulatory advice.

Lot 4- Finance:

Strategic and operational consultancy and professional services relating to finance, including asset management, business & economic analysis, cost benefit reviews, financial accounting & reporting, risk management and regulatory and statutory requirements.

Lot 5 – HR:

Consultancy and professional services relating to HR, including capability development, cultural transformation, equality, diversity & inclusion, HR policy & process, organisational design, recruitment, retention and employee value proposition, training and development.

Lot 6 - Procurement and supply chain:

Consultancy and professional services relating to procurement and supply chain, including: tender development, contract and/or supplier management, cost reduction, supply chain & logistics, outsourcing & insourcing, P2P.

Lot 8 – Infrastructure:

Provision of specialist consultancy and professional services relating to infrastructure, including: aerospace, automotive, aviation, communications & technology infrastructure, defence, highways,  nuclear, ports & shipping, public transport, rail, smart infrastructure, towns, cities & rural areas, travel, transportation & logistics.
