1st Executive support Customers with design, implementation and execution of strategic procurement services by bringing its capability to deploy highly competent commercial, public sector personnel who have extensive experience delivering strategically challenging and complex programmes across MOD, Defence, Nuclear and other Central and Local Government Public Sector environments.

We are a specialist recruiter within Procurement and Supply Chain and work closely with Crown Commercial Services and other government frameworks to support delivery of procurement and commercial leadership services. Working with are partners to provide them with additional resource to increase capability and surge resource as required.

We have a vast experience of operating within very heavily regulated industry in accordance with UK procurement legislation and within the policy guidance that is subject to Cabinet Office.

We have successfully supported a number of complex change and transformation programmes including but not limited to major infrastructure projects and programmes of capital investment managing suppliers in professional services and managing commercial service delivery in sensitive complex operational environments, developing and deploying new business operating models.
