Bramble Hub and our partner Whitespace Work Software have won a contract with Fife Council to supply and support the software behind the council’s waste management and street cleansing services. Whitespace will provide its Municipal and Environmental platforms alongside mobile working tools for frontline teams.
Fife Council is one of Scotland’s largest local authorities, serving almost 400,000 residents. The council is responsible for statutory household waste collection and street cleansing, keeping communities across its towns, villages and rural areas clean and well maintained.
Whitespace Work Software is a family-run UK software company founded in 2005, and is the market leader in waste and environmental software for local authorities and public-sector contractors, with its platform used in more than 100 UK local authority operations. Its products span municipal waste management, environmental services, mobile in-cab working, analytics and telematics, helping councils run reliable and efficient frontline services.
The contract was awarded through the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Vertical Application Solutions framework, with Bramble Hub as thin-prime supplier and Whitespace carrying out delivery.
