Bramble Hub and Project One win strategic pathways contract with Ofgem

Bramble Hub, together with our partner Project One Consulting, has been awarded a new contract with Ofgem to provide strategic pathways design and delivery support.

The project will support Ofgem’s executive leadership team in assessing current organisational performance, developing a shared vision, engaging staff, and building a roadmap for long-term transformation. The team will also establish the delivery architecture – people, processes, and ways of working – needed to embed sustainable change.

Ofgem (the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets) is the regulator for the electricity and gas markets in Great Britain. Its role is to protect the interests of consumers by promoting competition, driving innovation, and ensuring energy companies operate fairly and transparently. Ofgem also oversees the transition to a low-carbon energy system, balancing affordability, security of supply, and sustainability.

Project One brings extensive expertise in complex change and transformation, with a proven track record of helping public and private sector organisations deliver major strategic initiatives. Their consultants will play a key role in co-developing the vision, prioritising actions, and ensuring the right capabilities are in place for success.

The contract was awarded through Crown Commercial Service’s RM6187 Management Consultancy Framework 3, Lot 2 (Strategy and Policy), which enables public sector organisations to access specialist advice on corporate strategies and government policy.
