Bramble Hub partner Peopletoo is providing consultancy services to Nottingham City Council in order to support the restructure of its property management functions.
Nottingham City Council owns a property portfolio of over 3700 assets. Following a review of its property management services, it is undertaking a restructure, and has appointed Bramble Hub and Peopletoo to help the Council merge its three property functions into a single holistic Corporate Landlord function.
Peopletoo is a specialist consultancy provider to Local Government, offering the design and implementation of affordable and outcome-focused services.
The project was awarded under Management Consultancy Framework Three from Crown Commercial Service.
