WYCA is embarking on a major IT transformation programme to simplify its ICT estate and drive up productivity, and needed a Transformation Partner to manage, oversight and governance of the programme. The Authority were looking for a transformation Partner who is adept at managing a range of specific projects aimed at delivering on the organisation's Corporate Technology Programme and Service Management and operational improvements.
As part of the delivery West Yorkshire had a requirement for the provision of service management consultancy to support the delivery of its ICT Services and to deliver an ambitious service improvement programme that will implement a Service Management Systems that align the service and its processes to recognised industry standards. WYCA issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Technology Services 2 framework, RM3804.
