Outcome based solutions starting with the problem rather than the technology. This filter allows buyers to pose a question to suppliers. This encourages suppliers to put forward creative solutions. Crucially technology isn’t always the answer to improve a process: simplify, eliminate, automate.
The focus is on the people part of automation. To bring people on the automation journey, improve their skills for future priorities and ways of working, build in-house capability to manage and eventually build automation solutions.
A direct route to buy software licences where applicable. Opening up the market and encouraging direct relationships between software licence vendors and departments, where relevant.
