Basemap maintains and processes a wide range of datasets, including the Traveline National Dataset (TNDS), one of the UK’s core sources of public transit information. We validate, enhance, and standardise TNDS feeds to ensure they are ready for modelling, journey planning, accessibility analysis, and integrated data workflows. Our dataset portfolio also includes Speed Limit and Average Speed datasets sold via Ordnance Survey to over 5,000 PSGA organisations

Basemap’s innovation extends to EVR, our electric-vehicle routing and energy-prediction platform. Using machine learning and rich telematics, EVR models battery consumption across factors such as weather, gradient, load, and driving behaviour to reduce range anxiety and optimise fleet operations.
