Bramble Hub Achieves ISO/IEC 20000-1 Certification

We’re proud to announce that Bramble Hub has achieved certification to ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, the internationally recognised standard for IT service management.

What is ISO/IEC 20000-1?

ISO/IEC 20000-1 sets out the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a service management system (SMS). The standard ensures that organisations have the right processes, governance, and roles in place to deliver reliable, consistent, and business-aligned IT services.

The standard covers all key areas of IT service management, including:

  • Incident and problem management
  • Change management
  • Continual improvement
