Bramble Hub and Pythagoras win contract to help Cambridgeshire County Council implement a new CRM system in 3 months

Background

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) is responsible for the administration of the whole of Cambridgeshire, excluding Peterborough, a population of over 650,000

The Requirement

CCC urgently needed to replace their 10-year old CRM system which was sitting on a server that Microsoft was due to cease to support in July 2015. They needed an expert in Microsoft Dynamics to work with their team to implement, develop, configure and roll out the new system across the 17 services delivered by CCC Customer Services by the end of June 2015.

Our Success

CCC selected Bramble Hub and our partner Pythagoras to provide the Microsoft Dynamics expertise under the CCS ConsultancyOne framework. The contract was let at the beginning of March 2015 and CCC are on course to have the CRM implemented and configured by May 2015, so that testing and training can start in time for the June 'go-live'.
