Background

Lancashire Constabulary (LC) is the territorial police force responsible for policing the county of Lancashire – a population of over 1.5 million. The force's headquarters are at Hutton, near the city of Preston. The force has over 3,000 officers as well as 500 police community support officers.

The Requirement

LC were looking for a web-based course booking solution that was fully integrated with NDORS (National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme) and would enable them to reduce overheads by managing the safety courses in-house.

Our Success

LC identified that the Clarity Information FastForm Online Bookings solution, supplied and hosted by Clarity Information Solutions would meet their requirements and on 3rd March 2015 issued a call-off order via the Crown Commercial Service Emarketplace, under the terms of the Local Authority Software Applications framework.
