By ‘Commercial Lifecycle’, we mean the entire process starting with the identification of user needs that may be delivered by a supplier to a governmental and / or public body through to the selection and appointment process (procurement), contract management activity, and ending with contract termination or transition to alternative arrangements.
We offer independent, flexible, and constructive approaches to risk management, and use technology and data to make informed decisions.
We have two unique specialisations:
Infrastructure asset (or PFI)
Our Infrastructure Asset Team (or Private Finance Initiative (PFI)) consists of seasoned public sector experts in commercial and operational matters, as well as consulting, accountancy, real estate and major infrastructure specialists, who can handle complex PFI projects and portfolios.
Our team has a wealth of experience in improving PFI and other infrastructure projects, resolving contractual disputes, and strategic planning.
Digital
Our Digital team is experienced in exiting large legacy IT contracts, adhering to government service standards and codes of practice when procuring Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT), and delivering complex user-centred and citizen-facing digital programs.
Our team has experience in central and local government, education, health, defence and security, and private / charity run public services, and provides sustainable engagement by upskilling client teams and providing commercial methods, specific to Digital, that go beyond the term of our engagement.
