NHS South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit consolidate their multiple service management systems with TOPdesk’s ITSM solution
NHS South Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) provides support and professional expertise for over 70 NHS and non-NHS customers across most of the south of England.
The service was underpinned by 3 service management tools which took 10,000 calls a month. SCW needed to move to a centralised, hosted solution to improve efficiency and consistency. In August 2017 SCW issued tender for a Service Desk Management Tool under Crown Commercial Service’s Corporate Software Solutions Framework, RM1042.
SCW awarded the contract to Bramble Hub and our partner TOPdesk. The 3-year contract, issued in October 2017, includes the TOPdesk's ITSM hosted software solution, 6 months onboarding and ongoing support & maintenance.
