Background
South Lanarkshire Council (SLC) is a unitary authority in Scotland south-east of Glasgow, responsible for providing services to its 313,000 residents and local businesses.
The Requirement
The system SLC uses currently to manage its Environmental Health and Trading Standards service is due to become obsolescent in the next 3-5 years, so SLC was looking to migrate to a new, more modern and efficient system that also enables mobile and remote working. The Council issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821.
Our Success
SLC selected Bramble Hub and Civica to provide and support the new system in a contract for up to 7 years.
