Background
The Department for Transport (DfT) is the government department responsible for the English transport network.
The Requirement
DfT needed specialist financial advice to support its oversight of the West Coast Partnership (WCP) Franchise Agreement for the running and improvement of existing Intercity West Coast services and once HS2 is operational, running the integrated services of the two lines. The Department issued an Invitation to Tender on Crown Commercial Services’ Management Consultancy Framework, RM 3745.
Our Success
Bramble Hub and Grant Thornton won the contract with a team that had provided financial advice to DfT in relation to WCP from its original conception, and which was experienced in all aspects of the requirements. The contract is for 2 years, extendable by up to 2 years.
