Background
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (SBC) is an Essex Unitary Local Authority whose 1700 staff provide a range of services to meet the needs of 177,900 residents.
The Requirement
SBC had embarked on a channel shift programme for some of its services, shifting telephony contact to an online self-serve solution, and was looking for project support for Phase 2 of the programme to complete the programme. SBC issued a tender in November 2017 via the Crown Commercial Service’s ConsultancyONE Framework RM1502 for ‘the Provision of an Interim Project Lead to review ICT services and core ICT systems’.
Our Success
Bramble Hub and The 4OC were awarded the contract, scheduled to run from April 2018 through to March 2019.
