Background:

Pembrokeshire County Council (PCC) provides services to residents and local businesses in the southwest of Wales.

The Requirement

PCC were looking for a supplier to provide a modern IT Service Management solution that would enable them to improve service delivery, reduce operational costs and support the in-house IT team. PCC used Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud catalogue, RM1577 to identify a suitable supplier.
