Background
An NHS Trust needed a modern online Friends & Family Test and Patient Survey system to enable them to collect and understand patient and family feedback of their experience.
The Requirement
The Trust needed the system to be available 24/7 and enable real-time reporting on data from multiple channels, supported by a partner that could help the Trust to develop the system as their requirements changed and the sector evolved. The Trust used the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud Framework catalogue RM1557, to identify and order a Friends & Family Test and Patient Survey solution that would meet their needs
Our Success
The Trust selected MES Experience from Bramble Hub and Membership Engagement Services. This web-based Software-as-a-Service system fulfilled all the Trust’s requirement for capture and real-time analysis and reporting on patient, service user, staff and carer experiences. Its inclusion of a state of the art open text analytics suite also offered unrivalled value. Implementation of the system commenced in April 2018.
