Background
Octavia Housing & Care (OHC) is a Co-operative & Community Benefit Society, providing affordable housing, support and care for people on lower incomes in central and west London.
The Requirement
OHC needed to modernise their service management system to improve their customer services and used Crown Commercial Services’ G-Cloud catalogue, RM1577 to identify and procure a suitable provider.
