Background
Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) covers Forensic services, Offender Health, Community Mental Health services and General Health services across 200 plus sites throughout Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire.
The Requirement
NHFT was required by the Care Quality Commission to undertake a comprehensive Well-Led Review of its governance, to assist the Trust in meeting its future roles and responsibilities. The Trust issued an Invitation to Tender on Crown Commercial Services’ Management Consultancy Framework 2, RM 6008.
