Bramble Hub and TopLevel Computing win Charity Commission contract to implement a secure online transactional eForms solution
Background: The Charity Commission for England and Wales is the non-ministerial government department that regulates registered charities in England and Wales.
The Requirement: The Charity Commission needed to replace paper forms with user-friendly online transactional eForms to increase take-up of online services and reduce staff queries. They used the Government's G-Cloud catalogue to place the Call-Off order, which was issued in September 2015.
Our Success: Bramble Hub and our partner Toplevel Computing were selected to supply and configure the Charity Commission's e-Forms platform, using Toplevel's Outreach Case Management system which integrated fully with the Commission's website to provide a seamless customer experience. Onboarding has started and the platform is scheduled to go live, with staff fully trained, by May 2016.
