Bramble Hub and Bluefin win contract to supply Cardiff Council with Realisation of Customer Relationship Management & Online Services
Background: The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (CCC) is the governing body for Cardiff, one of the Principal Areas of Wales. CCC had initiated a Customer Management Programme to ensure that taxpayers receive best value, high quality services, in spite of significant budget cuts over the next 3 years.
The Requirement: Core to success of the programme was the replacement of its existing C2C application with a modern, fit for purpose, cost efficient solution that would be available to all customers, on demand. CCC issued an Invitation to Tender under the Corporate Software Solutions Framework, RM1042, for the 'Realisation of Customer Relationship Management & Online Services', based on a SAP CRM/ Contact Center Blueprint delivered by Bluefin in 2014.
Our Success: The contract was won, after an extensive evaluation, by Bramble and Bluefin and work has already started on the 3-year project to migrate to a multi-channel CRM on SAP's Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C) and the SAP HANA Cloud portal that will enable residents to interact online with municipal services, which will significantly reduce administrative costs.
