Kirklees Metropolitan Council (KMC) is the local authority providing most local government services for the borough of Kirklees in West Yorkshire.
The Requirement:
KMC needed to replace its Housing Management system and used Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Applications Framework to select the supplier with a solution that would meet their current and future needs.
