Increased customer engagement planned at Lincolnshire County Council
Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) has a workforce of 4,800 who provide services to the 743,000 residents of this fast-growing East Midlands county.
LCC outsourced its Customer Service Centre (CSC) and was looking for an experienced consultant to carry out a review and options appraisal to help the Council set their future CSC commissioning and procurement strategy. In November 2017 LCC issued a tender under the Crown Commercial Service’s Specialist Contact Centre Consultancy Services framework, RM 3815.
Bramble Hub and our partner Stable Logic were able to offer the specialist expertise needed by LCC and won the contract. Phase 1, an ‘as-is process’ review and options appraisal report will be delivered in December and Phase 2, helping LCC develop their customer engagement strategy and implementation plan, will be delivered in 2018.
