Background:
The Government Legal Department (GLD) is a non-ministerial government department and the largest in-house legal organisation in the United Kingdom's Government Legal Service employing more than six hundred solicitors and barristers to provide advice and legal representation on a huge range of issues to many government departments.
The Requirement
GLD wanted to move its supplier invoice management system online to improve efficiency and access the capabilities of a modern system. The Ministry of Justice Commercial and Contract Management Directorate, acting on GLD’s behalf, used Crown Commercial Service’s G-Cloud framework catalogue to identify and order a suitable solution.
Our Success
GLD selected Bramble Hub and Box-it Data Management to provide the private cloud hosted solution to manage its invoice workflow, from capture to PO matching and archive, for an initial 2-year contract.
