Edenhouse provide support for Derby City Council’s Social Care system

Background
Derby City Council (DCC) is the East Midlands unitary authority serving the 250,000 population of Derby. The Council provides Social Care services from the main Council House and 100 smaller offices, libraries, depots and care homes.
The Requirement
DCC uses SAP’s Business Objects-based Business Intelligence (BI) tool to interrogate and extract management information from their Social Care System. They required support and maintenance for the BI and reporting suite. In October 2016 DCC issued a tender for Enterprise Level Maintenance and Support Package (Business Objects) under Crown Commercial Service’s Enterprise Application Support Services framework, RM1032.
Our Success
Bramble Hub and Edenhouse Solutions won the maintenance and support contract, with additional support for report development and knowledge transfer to extend DCC’s range of social care reports using Business Objects.
