Bramble Hub and TOPdesk UK selected to replace end-of-life ITSM toolset for Gloucestershire NHS Trusts

Background
The Gloucester County-Wide IT Shared Service (CITS) provides a wide range of IT services to the PCT, Mental Health Trust and Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Acute Hospital, serving 15,000 end users and supporting 10,500 PCs/Laptops/Tablets.
Requirement
CITS was using an on-premise ITSM toolset which was about to become end-of-life. In August 2015 Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust issued an ITT under Crown Commercial Service’s Corporate Software Solutions Framework (RM1042) for a replacement IT Service Management Toolset.
Our Success
A 5-year contract was awarded to Bramble Hub and its partner TOPdesk UK Limited on 24 March 2016 to provide the IT Service Management Toolset Replacement. The SAAS system has been implemented, operators trained and data has been migrated across from the old system and integrated to enable the new ITSM toolset to operate effectively.
