Background
Transport for London (TfL) is the local government body responsible for most of the transport network in London.
The Requirement
TfL was looking to replace the existing automatic vehicle location system for the London bus network (iBus) and requires finance modelling consultancy services to assist the iBus2 project team. An ITT was issued under Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework, RM3745.
