Background:
Wyre Borough Council (WBC), a mainly rural borough in Lancashire, provides services to its 110k residents and 4k local businesses.
The Requirement
WBC were looking for a supplier to provide a modern IT Service Management solution that would enable them to improve service delivery, reduce operational costs and support professionalisation of the in-house IT team. The Council issued a tender under the terms of Crown Commercial Service’s Corporate Software Solutions framework, RM1042.
Our Success
WBC accepted Bramble Hub and TOPdesk’s proposal for TOPdesk as a Service, with process implementation, technical configuration and training and awarded a 5-year contract.
