Background:
Carlisle City Council (CCC) is a non-metropolitan district council, responsible for provision of services to the residents and businesses of a Carlisle in Cumbria, the largest city by area in England.
The Requirement
CCC needed to improve the cost and performance effectiveness of their waste collection service. The Council looked for a solution on Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authority Software Applications Framework catalogue, RM 1059.
Our Success
CCC selected the Incab and WMCollections waste management solutions from Bramble Hub and Webaspx. The contract included hardware, software, installation and training, hosting and support.
