Background
The Pension Protection Fund (PPF) is a statutory fund in the United Kingdom, intended to protect members if their defined benefits pension fund becomes insolvent.
The Requirement
PPF needed to replace their legacy solution with an efficient, configurable, user friendly application to manage their pension scheme assessment process and meet their future requirements for case management across other business areas. An ITT was issued under Crown Commercial Service’s Data & Application Solutions framework, RM3821.
Our Success
Bramble Hub and Cloudsource were awarded the 5-year contract to implement a Microsoft Dynamics 365 - based Scheme Services Case Management System and provide business user training, knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
