Tewkesbury Borough Council (TBC) is a non-metropolitan district council, the local authority for 88,000 residents and businesses in Tewkesbury Borough, North Gloucestershire.

The Requirement

TBC needed a modern bank reconciliation and income system and looked on the Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authority Software Applications Framework catalogue for a suitable solution.

Our Success

TBC selected Bramble Hub and Adelante’s Income and Payments System. The contract included bank reconciliation software, online direct debit facilities and the kiosk and chip & pin equipment to handle card payments.
