Background
Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) serves the businesses as well as 625,000 residents of this South West county with local government services including highways, social services, education and libraries.
The Requirement
GCC use Pitney Bowes Confirm (an asset management solution) for all of their Highways works management functions and have partnered with Spacecraft to deliver Jadu’s global ‘low code platform’ to provide the front end customer reporting module. They needed a ‘report it’ solution and looked for one that integrates with Confirm.
Our Success
GCC used Crown Commercial Service’s Local Authority Software Applications framework, RM1059 to procure a solution from Bramble Hub and Spacecraft, a Jadu Group service delivery company and approved Pitney Bowes partner.
