Background
Essex Police (EP) are responsible for dealing with careless and anti-social driving offences. The Essex Casualty Reduction, Enforcement, Education and Safety Team (CREEST) and Safer Essex Roads Partnership (SERP) utilise a suite of IT products to manage the traffic offence enforcement processes.
The Requirement
CREEST and SERP needed to update the electronic document management system to enable them to capture, store, search and a high volume of road traffic offence records, including handwritten documents. An ITT was issued by Kent Police and Essex Police Procurement Services under Crown Commercial Service’s Corporate Software Solutions framework, RM1042.
Our Success
The contract was awarded to Bramble Hub and Clarity for their FastForm Document Management System which can cope with handwritten documents and integrates fully with the core systems used by CREEST and SERP.
