The Requirement: Walsall Council wanted to select a suitable supplier to upgrade and maintain their Oracle E-Business Suite. The Council issued a tender under Crown Commercial Service’s Enterprise Application Support Services Framework Agreement in October 2014
Our Success: In December 2014 Bramble Hub and our partner Patech Solutions won the contract to: upgrade the Oracle 11.5.10.2 Financials and Procurement system to Release 12.1.3; implement Oracle Advanced Collections to automate the collection of outstanding accounts; provide 2 years maintenance of the upgraded system.
Patech consultants will work with the Council’s Project Team to upgrade the Oracle system and identify and implement the optimal configuration of Advanced Collections, to speed up the debt collection process and realise cost savings.
