Background
The Big Lottery Fund (BLF) is responsible for distributing funds raised by the National Lottery for "good causes". In January 2019 the Big Lottery Fund became known as The National Lottery Community Fund.
The Requirement
BLF was in the process of developing a 3-year strategic plan and needed a service provider with significant experience of implementing the principles of the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) methodology, using a lean/agile approach to organizational planning and engaging employees through the design, implementation and change process. BLF issued an Invitation to Tender on Crown Commercial Services’ Management Consultancy Framework 2, RM6008.
