Background
Based in Glasgow, the Scottish Police Authority (SPA) is responsible for the national Police Scotland service and the Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency. Ploice Scotland is the second largest police force in the UK after the Met Police in terms of officer numbers, and the largest in terms of area served.
The Requirement
Police Scotland / Scottish Police Authority had a requirement for a Ticketing / Document management solution and looked on the Crown Commercial Service Emarketplace for a solution that would satisfy their requirement.
Our Success
The Authority selected the Bramble Hub Clarity FastForm Image Scanning, Data Capture and Document Management solution and awarded a call-off contract under the terms of the Local Authority Software Applications framework on 27th February 2015, for implementation by the end of March.
